Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Frontend Developer to lead our frontend engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend frameworks.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for setting best practices, guiding a team of developers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Development :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable frontend solutions.

- Architect and enforce best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

- Drive the adoption of modern frontend frameworks and emerging technologies.

- Review code, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and ensure high code quality.

- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Frontend Development & Design :

- Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX based on design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

- Ensure frontend components are modular, reusable, and scalable.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO.

- Maintain seamless integration with backend services and APIs.

Team Collaboration & Project Management :

- Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 8+ years of frontend development experience with at least 23 years in a leadership role.

- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS/LESS.

- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred).

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Vuex, NgRx).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

- Hands-on experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and micro-frontend architectures.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience in performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Familiarity with progressive web apps (PWAs) and mobile-first design
