V2Solutions - Salesforce Technical Lead

We're hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC). You will lead the team in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, owning technical design, development, code reviews, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development on Salesforce FSC modules and custom solutions

- Build and review Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations

- Translate business requirements into technical designs

- Manage deployments using Git/Copado/Azure DevOps

- Oversee data modeling, data migration, and performance tuning

Mandatory Skills :

- 12+ years Salesforce experience

- 8-10 years hands-on development (Apex, LWC, Flows)

- Strong, proven FSC experience

- 5+ years as Technical Lead / Architect

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CI/CD tools

- Good to Have : OmniStudio, PD1/PD2 certifications
