Role : Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description :

- Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders from various departments.

- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and defining new system requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the business and the development/QA teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project goals.

- Support the Agile development process by assisting with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination. Validate system functionality against business requirements and create test scenarios for UAT.

- Demonstrate and present solutions to business stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and training materials.

- Utilize Salesforce and financial domain knowledge to recommend optimal solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box features and configurations whenever possible.

Mandatory Skill Set :

- Mandatory experience in the banking, financial services, and/or mortgage domains.

- Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud).

- Strong understanding of core Salesforce objects, security models, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).

Required Experinece :

- 8 to 10 years of overall experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

- Mandatory experience in the banking, financial services, and/or mortgage domains.

- Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud).

- Strong understanding of core Salesforce objects, security models, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).

- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst certification is good to have.
