Role Overview :

The Senior Cyber Penetration Tester will lead advanced penetration testing engagements, red team activities, and security assessments across networks, applications, cloud, and infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to guide teams and clients on strategic security improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute advanced penetration testing (Network, Web, Mobile, API, Cloud, Wireless).

- Conduct Red Team / Purple Team exercises and adversary simulations.

- Design attack scenarios, threat models, and exploitation strategies.

- Review architecture and perform secure design assessments.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level testers.

- Validate vulnerabilities, perform root cause analysis, and suggest remediation.

- Prepare detailed technical and executive-level reports.

- Interact with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

- Stay updated with emerging threats, exploits, and security trends.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Network, Web, Mobile, and Cloud security testing.

- Proficiency with tools : Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Qualys, Cobalt Strike, Kali Linux.

- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

- Experience with Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of Active Directory attacks, privilege escalation, and lateral movement.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- OSCP / OSEP / OSCE / CRTO / GXPN / CISSP
