- Own and lead the UX content strategy across all Pepagora products-from onboarding to error messages, tooltips, notifications, CTAs, and everything in between.

- Collaborate closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, PMs, and Developers to craft copy that enhances usability and emotional connection.

- Champion Pepagora's tone of voice across all touchpoints while adapting to different personas and product flows.

- Audit and refine existing copy to ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility.

- Use data, research, and user feedback to inform and iterate on content decisions.

- Maintain and evolve our content style guide in collaboration with the brand and design team.

- Keep an eye on UX writing trends and adopt best practices from industry-leading startups like Notion, Stripe, and Figma.

Who You Are :

- You have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in UX writing, product content strategy, or related roles in fast-paced tech environments or startups.

- A storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for usability.

- You think beyond words-understanding how visuals, interactions, and content come together to shape great experiences.

- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.

- You're comfortable working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple priorities.

- Experience using or collaborating with AI tools (like ChatGPT) for ideation, but you can distinguish when human-crafted content is essential.
