UX/UI Lead - Retail Domain

Role : UX/UI Lead (Retail Domain).

Experience Preferred : 12+ Years.

Location : Dubai.

Job Description :

- Define and own the UX/UI vision and strategy for retail digital products across web, mobile, and in-store platforms.

- Lead large-scale design initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints.

- Build, scale, and govern enterprise-grade design systems and UI standards.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to align design with commercial and customer goals.

- Lead advanced user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and data-driven experience optimization.

- Drive personalization, conversion optimization, and customer engagement through experience design.

- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, UI designers, and researchers.

- Establish best practices for accessibility, performance-focused design, and responsive experiences.

- Represent Design leadership in executive reviews and strategic planning forums.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or experience design.

- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing design teams.

- Strong experience in retail, e-commerce, CPG, or omnichannel customer experience platforms.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field.

- Proven experience building scalable design systems and driving enterprise-level UX transformations.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, large-scale retail or consumer product experiences.
