Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design efforts from research, wireframes, and prototypes to polished UI for production.

- Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business and user needs into simple, effective design solutions.

- Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models for core product experiences.

- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for scalable, consistent product development.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate and improve design decisions.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

- Uphold design quality standards across all visual and interactive touchpoints.

- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and user-centered design principles.

Requirements :

- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Strong design portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving process.

- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

- Solid understanding of user research, testing, and iterative design methodologies.

- Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.

- Experience creating and maintaining design systems or style guides.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
