Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate UI/UX Developer to create user-centered designs and seamless digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights and business goals into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop user interfaces that are functional, intuitive, and visually appealing for both web and mobile platforms.

- Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, site maps, and high-fidelity designs.

- Build responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).

- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.

- Develop and maintain design systems, UI style guides, and component libraries to ensure design consistency.

- Perform user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders through design reviews and documentation.

- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices.

Technical Skills & Tools :

Design & Prototyping :

- Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq

- Photoshop, Illustrator (for visual design tasks)

Front-end Development :

- Languages : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

- Frameworks : React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (at least one required)

- Responsive Design : Media Queries, Flexbox, Grid, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

- Animation/Microinteractions : CSS animations, JavaScript libraries (GSAP, Lottie)

UX & Usability :

- User Research, Surveys, Interviews

- Persona Development, Journey Mapping

- Wireframing (Low and High-Fidelity)

- Prototyping (Clickable & Functional)

- Usability Testing (Remote & In-person)

Information Architecture :

- Site Maps, User Flows, Navigation Schemes

Tools for Collaboration & Documentation :

- Jira, Trello, Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace

- Zeplin or Figma Inspect for developer handoff

Accessibility Standards :

- Understanding of WCAG 2.1

- ARIA Roles, Semantic HTML, Contrast Ratios

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field

- Hands-on experience in UI/UX development, preferably in EdTech or a similar domain

- Strong design portfolio demonstrating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
