Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- User Experience Design

- Map end-to-end customer journeys and design user flows that reduce friction and improve engagement.

- Conduct user research, competitor audits, heatmap reviews, and funnel analysis to identify areas of improvement.

- Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user journey improvements User Interface & Visual Design.

- Design clean, modern, and mobile-responsive interfaces for product pages, landing pages, homepages, and checkout flows.

- Create consistent visual systems using design libraries, grids, iconography, and component structures.

- Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics, tone, and voice Optimization & Iteration.

- Partner with growth, performance marketing, and tech teams to A/B test key layouts and modules.

- Continuously optimize UX for KPIs such as CTR, CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and time-on-site.

- Maintain usability best practices while balancing performance and design innovation Collaboration & Delivery.

- Work closely with developers to hand off assets, ensure responsive execution, and resolve functional gaps.

- Manage versioning, testing, and timely delivery of design files for development.

- Use project management tools to stay on top of timelines and tasks -x.

Requirements :


- Minimum 3 years of UX/UI experience, with hands-on work at a D2C or eCommerce brand.

- Strong portfolio showcasing responsive D2C website or app design (especially mobile-first).

- Proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch), prototyping tools, and asset handover.

- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and how designs translate to functional builds.

- Strong eye for typography, layout, white space, and hierarchy.

- Excellent communication skills to present design decisions and rationale clearly.

Bonus Points For :


- Experience in designing product detail pages, cart/checkout flows, and sales landing pages.

- Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, or other ecommerce CMS.

- Prior exposure to analytics tools like Clarity, Hotjar, GA4, or Mixpanel.

- Basic motion or interaction design experience.
