We are seeking an experienced UX/CX Researcher to drive user-centered design decisions and enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting comprehensive user research, analysing customer behaviour, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve product usability and customer satisfaction.

Location: Mumbai, India.

Work Mode: Work From Office.

Role: UX Researcher.

What You'll Do

Mandatory Skills :

- User Research, Usability Testing, Prototyping, Validation.

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Analyze customer journey maps and identify pain points.

- Design and execute research methodologies for product insights.

- Present research findings to stakeholders and design teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centered solutions.

- Create detailed research reports and actionable recommendations.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in UX/CX research.

- Hands-on experience with design validation tools (e.g., Figma)

- Proficiency in research tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, or similar.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Knowledge of design thinking principles.
