We are looking for a motivated UX / Product Designer to join our product team.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centred digital products. Your role will cover the full lifecycle - from user research and interaction flows to wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and final UI/UX delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research - interviews, surveys, user feedback - to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.
- Define user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Translate prototypes into high-fidelity UI designs consistent across platforms (web/mobile).
- Participate in product definition and contribute design thinking to product strategy.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and product managers, ensuring design is agile, feasible, and aligned with product roadmap.
- Build, maintain, and evolve a design system / component library for consistency and scalability.
- Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and iterate on design based on data and user feedback.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across devices.
- Communicate design decisions clearly, and provide rationale based on user data, business goals, and best practices.
Skills & Tools :
- Proficiency in design & prototyping tools - e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals - user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, responsive design, accessibility, design systems.
- Ability to convert business/product requirements into user-friendly flows, clear wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI design.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA).
- Empathy, problem-solving mindset, critical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
- (Optional / Nice-to-have) Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) or working closely with developers; familiarity with design-to-development handoff workflows and constraints.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Design/ Multimedia or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, interaction flows, prototypes, and real-world product outcome.
- Familiarity with usability testing, user feedback loops, user-centred design process cycles.
