We are seeking a UX/Product Designer who can solve complex business and user problems with thoughtful, outcome-driven design. The role requires a balance of aesthetics, usability, and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate depth in design craft, ability to collaborate across teams, and connect design to measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product, tech, and research teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business goals.

- Apply Agile methodologies (sprint planning, retros, feasibility coordination with developers).

- Define business and user problems clearly with context and constraints.

- Explore and iterate on design directions, showing trade-offs and rationale.

- Deliver balanced design solutions functional, usable, and aesthetically strong.

- Communicate effectively with leadership through clear design storytelling.

- Mentor and coach junior designers.

Candidate Requirements

Education (Preferred) :

- Design graduates from NID, NIFT, Srishti, MIT Pune, IIT (Delhi, Bombay, Kanpur, Guwahati).

Experience :

- Prior experience in reputed companies/brands/clients.

- Exposure to complex systems and multi-platform product/UX work.

Skills & Strengths :

- Outcome orientation (e.g., improved X metric, streamlined Y process).

- Strong skills in systems design, research, accessibility, design systems.

- Portfolio showcasing process, reasoning, user persona integration, and measurable outcomes.

- Evidence of career progression and increased responsibility.

Red Flags :

- Portfolios with only polished UI visuals, no reasoning or measurable outcomes.

- Resumes listing tools (Figma, Adobe, etc.) without depth in design craft.

- Task-based outputs (made prototypes) instead of business impact.
