UX Lead - Prototype Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary UX Lead to lead our UX/UI design team in crafting exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business vision, objectives, and user needs.

- Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for the design team.

- Act as a liaison between design, product, technology, AI, and other relevant teams.

- Conduct regular walkthroughs of designs and prototypes with product, tech, and AI teams to ensure alignment.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles while addressing technical feasibility and business requirements.

- Ensure the UX vision is aligned with the overall product strategy and roadmap.

- Stay on top of UX/UI trends, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

- Oversee the design process, from user research to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and implementation.

- Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

- Anticipate challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

- Lead and manage the UX/UI design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements :

- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and manage a team.

- A creative thinker with the ability to translate complex challenges into elegant and user-friendly solutions.
