Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UX Game Artist to join our dynamic game development team at Juegotech. The ideal candidate will possess strong UX expertise along with a solid understanding of game production pipelines. This role demands a balance between artistic creativity, user-centric design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver immersive and intuitive user experiences in games.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces for games across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and producers to conceptualize and iterate on UX/UI features.
- Translate wireframes and interaction flows into high-fidelity UI designs and in-game interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve game UI/UX.
- Maintain and update UI assets, mockups, and documentation throughout the production lifecycle.
- Take ownership of the visual consistency, usability, and quality of UI assets across the game.
- Assist in managing and overseeing the art production pipeline, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Communicate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams and manage timelines for design deliverables.
Technical & Creative Skills Required :
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or UX Game Artist in the gaming industry.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Solid understanding of game production workflows and UI integration processes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design, UI art, and interactive prototypes for games.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Nice to Have :
- Experience working as an Art Producer or in a similar production coordination role within game development.
- Knowledge of motion design and animation tools for UI (e.g., After Effects).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes in game development.
