UX Engineer - Javascript/TypeScript

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UX Engineer with 3- 4 years of experience in front-end development and user experience engineering. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring seamless, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces. You will work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts into high quality, interactive applications.

- Ensure technical feasibility of design solutions and provide feedback during the design phase.

- Build and implement user-facing features using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Develop and maintain reusable front-end components and libraries, contributing to a robust design system.

- Work with JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices.

- Participate in user research and usability testing, integrating insights into iterative development.

- Optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to UI/UX.

- Contribute effectively within an agile/scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in front-end technologies and UX principles.

- Bring innovative ideas to improve user experience, design systems, and development workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3- 4 years of proven experience as a UX Engineer / Front-End Engineer.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).

- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and reusable components.

- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and mobile-first development.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with TypeScript and CSS pre-processors (SASS/LESS).

- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

- Understanding of front-end build tools (Webpack, Gulp, npm).

- Exposure to user research, A/B testing, or analytics tools.
