About the Role :

Were seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer with 47 years of hands-on experience in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, UI designers, and developers to transform complex problems into elegant design solutions that delight users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research, ideation, and wireframing to prototyping and user testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define and implement innovative UX solutions.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.

- Create personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

- Translate insights and feedback into clear, actionable design improvements.

- Ensure consistency of user experience across all digital touchpoints.

- Work with UI designers to maintain a cohesive design system and style guide.

- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in UX design for web and/or mobile applications.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects and design process.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Axure.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and human-centered design.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, basic front-end concepts, or design systems is a plus.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
