About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Designer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in designing user-centric solutions, optimizing business applications, and delivering intuitive experiences across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective UX/UI solutions.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to gather insights and improve solution design.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups ensuring consistency with Microsoft design guidelines.

- Enhance workflows, dashboards, and forms within D365 CRM for improved user adoption and efficiency.

- Work on cross-platform integration and ensure seamless user experience across CRM, Power Apps, and other connected systems.

- Provide guidance on UX best practices and contribute to the product roadmap from a design perspective.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on enterprise applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).

- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).

- Understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards.

- Ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
