- Translate business requirements and product feature enhancements into thoughtful UX strategies and design approaches.

- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for enterprise software, focusing on user needs, journeys, and interaction patterns for less complex design efforts.

- Participate actively in design critiques, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights and supporting innovation.

- Produce high-fidelity design documentation that leverages existing components and patterns from an established design system.

- Deliver dev-ready designs with clear functional annotations to ensure accurate implementation by engineering teams.

- Maintain UX consistency across the ecosystem of software products by adhering to design guidelines and best practices.

- Support the facilitation of team meetings, design walkthroughs, and collaborative working sessions aligned with project phases and feature goals.

- Present design work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and collaborate to refine functionality and user experience.

- Identify and escalate potential UX challenges or opportunities, clearly articulating design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.

Qualifications :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex business or SaaS applications.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work on data-intensive or workflow-driven applications.

- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.

- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate across disciplines.

- Experience conducting usability testing and iterating based on findings.

- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
