UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand product specifications and user psychology to guide design decisions

- Conduct concept testing, usability testing, and gather actionable user feedback

- Develop detailed user personas based on research and data analysis

- Define and evaluate interaction models for optimal user experience

- Design wireframes and prototypes aligned with customer needs and business goals

- Innovate creative solutions to UX problems such as usability and findability

- Collaborate closely with UI designers to implement attractive and effective designs

Requirements & Skills :

- Proven experience as a UX Designer or UI Designer, with 4-8 years in the field

- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and successful outcomes

- Deep understanding of interaction design and information architecture principles

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.

- Analytical mindset paired with strong business acumen

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
