We are looking for a seasoned UX Designer who excels at crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences for enterprise and consumer products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex challenges into elegant, scalable design solutions.

What You will Do :

- Design and improve user experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers through all design phases.

- Translate complex workflows into simple, engaging interfaces.

- Present and communicate design decisions clearly across disciplines.

- Stay current with evolving design patterns, AI tools, and emerging UX trends.

What You will Bring :

- 3 - 5 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.

- Expertise with Figma and design systems; proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.

- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in enterprise or commerce product design preferred.

Bonus Points :

- Hands-on experience with AI or Copilot design tools.

- Ability to build functional prototypes.

- Comfortable working with global, distributed teams (including US time zones).
