UX Designer - Adobe XD

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead UX research, user testing, and data-driven design decisions.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.

- Create and maintain design systems for consistency across products.

- Advocate for best UX practices and mentor junior designers.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.

- Strong understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and design thinking.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Background in HCI, Design, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
