As a UX designer, you will be responsible to :

- Lead user research activities to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points

- Define user flows, create wireframes, and produce high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications

- Collaborate with product teams to establish design specifications and ensure alignment with technical constraints

- Facilitate design thinking workshops and user testing sessions to refine design concepts

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices

- Mentor junior design team members and foster a collaborative design culture

- Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies to influence our design strategies

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and outcomes

- Proficiency in dashboard & report design

- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies

- Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web interfaces

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus

Preferred qualifications :

- Experience leading design projects and mentoring designers

- Proven track record of conducting successful user research and usability testing

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and applying them in design

- Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- 3+ years of experience in senior design roles with SAP is preferred
