Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-growth B2B mobile and web applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage fast-paced development cycles specifically focused on Agentic AI solutions, autonomous system integration, and LLM orchestration.
- Direct international projects by coordinating across different time zones and cultural contexts to meet global business objectives.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to maintain high velocity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee a hybrid workforce, effectively managing and motivating both in-house developers and remote/contract teams.
- Monitor project health using data-driven metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Bridge the gap between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure the final product aligns with the technical roadmap and SDLC best practices.
Skillset :
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in IT Project Management for B2B SaaS, mobile, and web platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and the deployment of Agentic AI frameworks.
- Expert-level proficiency in Teamwork, Jira (including JSM) and Confluence for workflow customization and technical documentation.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and familiarity with data formats like JSON/XML.
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, version control concepts, and Git workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for high-level client interactions.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate both in-house engineering teams and remote vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or an equivalent degree in Computer Science.
