Role :

We are seeking a UI Designer to lead and elevate our design initiatives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, a strong design aesthetic, and the ability to guide projects from concept to execution.

The Senior Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative :

- Lead the design process from ideation to final execution across digital and print media.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create engaging visuals.

- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.

- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Managing People :

- Be a Design master, Magnificent mediator, Highly skilled multitasker

- Collaborate with business, LOS Leader to obtain knowledge of the clients requirements

- Serve as an inspiring role model for all members of the Design team

- Work closely with Art Directors, Marketing LOS Leader, and board members, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.

- Education : Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.

- Strong Portfolio : A proven track record of high-quality design work across various platforms.

- Conceptual Thinking : Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.

- Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to Detail : Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.

- Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with design systems.

- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design tools.

- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to collaborate with developers.
