Description :


- Document User Flow : Create detailed user flow, user journey, and experience journey maps using Miro.

- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless user experiences are accurately mapped.

- Identify Personas : Develop experience flow maps centered around real users by identifying and incorporating personas.

- Analyze Journeys : Evaluate user journeys to pinpoint pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement that impact both the business and customers.

Expectations :


- Detailed Documentation : Produce comprehensive maps that include business logic, system logic, and visual elements (UI screenshots) to ensure transparency.

- Clear Communication : Effectively communicate Miro maps to business stakeholders and internal teams, including Product Development Managers (PDMs) and Project Managers (PMs).

Preferred Skills :


- Proficiency in Miro : Strong ability to use Miro for creating detailed user flow and journey maps.

- UX Design Expertise : Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices.

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze user journeys and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.

- Collaboration : Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and analysis.

Experience Level :


- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UX design, user journey mapping, or a related field.

Tools Needed :


- Miro : For creating user flow and journey maps.

- Adobe XD/Figma : For designing and prototyping user interfaces.
