- Identify Personas : Develop experience flow maps centered around real users by identifying and incorporating personas.
- Analyze Journeys : Evaluate user journeys to pinpoint pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement that impact both the business and customers.

- Detailed Documentation : Produce comprehensive maps that include business logic, system logic, and visual elements (UI screenshots) to ensure transparency.
- Clear Communication : Effectively communicate Miro maps to business stakeholders and internal teams, including Product Development Managers (PDMs) and Project Managers (PMs).
