Job Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer who can ensure high-quality delivery across web applications, APIs, and data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automation testing, API validation, and data pipeline testing, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD and cloud environments.
Responsibilities :
- Perform API testing (functional, regression, negative scenarios).
- Build and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium / Playwright / Cypress.
- Validate data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Perform performance testing and identify system bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product teams to ensure quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis and debug issues across systems.
- Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, and system levels.
Requirements :
- Hands-on with UI automation tools: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress.
- Good understanding of data pipeline testing (ETL/ELT concepts).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. )
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Knowledge of test design techniques and QA methodologies.
- Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java (preferred).
Good to Have :
- Exposure to microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes basics).
- Experience in parallel test execution and test optimisation.
Qualifications :
- 3-6 years of experience in QA / automation testing.
Nice to Have :
- Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ownership and attention to detail.
