UsefulBI Corporation - Data Scientist - Machine Learning/Deep Learning

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (GenAI) to lead end-to-end development of AI solutions. This role involves designing scalable ML architectures, experimenting with LLMs and diffusion models, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and generative AI models.

- Build and fine-tune LLMs (e. g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) and multi-modal models for tasks like text generation, chatbots, summarization, and synthetic data/image generation.

- Architect scalable pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and inference.

- Work on advanced NLP, CV, and multi-modal projects using transformers, diffusion models, etc.

- Guide experimentation with techniques like prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), fine-tuning, LoRA, and model compression.

- Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps teams, and product stakeholders to integrate models into production.

- Conduct code and model reviews, mentor junior scientists, and provide technical leadership.

- Evaluate emerging tools, research papers, and frameworks to drive innovation.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI roles.

- Proven hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.

- Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

- Experience with LLMs, prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and working with large-scale models.

- Familiarity with GenAI techniques (e. g., diffusion models, VAE, GANs, DALLE, Stable Diffusion).

- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML Ops tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data wrangling, and EDA.
