Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conduct usability testing, product validation, and experience testing for web and mobile digital products.

- Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys, workflows, and interfaces to identify usability issues, friction points, and experience gaps.

- Plan and execute user testing sessions, usability studies, prototype validation, and experience evaluation based on product objectives.

- Apply design thinking and user-centered design methodologies to assess product concepts and digital experiences.

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback to identify usability patterns, behavioral insights, and improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI Design, Research, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to validate product solutions.

- Document test findings, usability issues, user feedback, root causes, and actionable recommendations in a structured manner.

- Support pre-launch and post-launch validation to ensure products meet usability and customer experience expectations.

- Track identified UX issues through resolution and conduct re-validation/regression testing to confirm improvements.

- Translate user insights into actionable UX and product recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles.

- Must have 5+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products.

- Must have hands-on experience in testing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications.

- Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release.

- Experience in identifying usability issues, user friction points, and iterating designs based on feedback and testing insights.

Tech Stack :

- Must have strong hands-on experience with Maze for prototype testing, unmoderated usability testing, surveys, and quantitative user research OR Content Square for customer journey analysis, heatmaps, session recordings, behavioral analytics, and digital experience optimization (at least 1 tool experience is required).

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies.

- Basic understanding of user behavior and usability heuristics to improve overall product experience.

- Candidates from B2C consumer-facing digital product companies, fintech, e-commerce, or product-driven organizations.

- B Des/M Des from Tier 1 college (NID, NIFT, IIT highly preferred).

- This is NOT a UI/UX Design role. We are looking for Usability / Design testing candidates who specialize in testing product concepts, validating workflows, and creating prototypes purely for experimentation and usability testing.
