Key Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership & Culture :
- Cultivate a high-trust, safe environment where team members feel comfortable raising problems, fostering transparency and psychological safety.
- Facilitate effective team dynamics, leading discussions, driving decision-making, and proactively resolving conflicts.
- Encourage robust internal and external communication to build strong relationships, improve transparency, and ensure all interested parties are fully informed.
2. Project Management & Delivery :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, large-scale programs and projects, often involving geographically diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Act as the primary process and delivery owner for multiple teams, effectively managing project flow and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
- Manage coordinated projects across multiple teams, ensuring a synergistic workflow and alignment toward shared program goals.
3. Risk & Improvement :
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles in collaboration with business partners and program managers to safeguard program success.
- Relentlessly focus on continuous improvement, tracking project progress and performance to strengthen the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) effectiveness.
- Maintain transparent, regular communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership and project managers, providing clear updates on progress, performance, and future improvements.
Essential Qualifications & Experience :
- 4+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, ideally within an Agile delivery environment, specifically managing SaaS product development or delivery.
- Hands-on experience (3+ years) working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven track record (3+ years) of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives, utilizing data and metrics for measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master within an Agile delivery environment.
- A strong foundation in the Agile Manifesto and its principles.
- Deep understanding and practical experience applying empirical process control.
- Familiarity with modern development practices and key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time).
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and various Agile reporting tools.
- Demonstrable background in coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve high-performance status.
- Proven ability to foster psychological safety and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on stakeholder engagement and delivery execution.
