We are looking for a talented Unreal Developer with 34 years of hands-on experience in Unreal Engine to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing interactive 3D environments, digital twins, and immersive experiences for real estate projects, starting with the Digital Twin for Edges Experience Centres.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize interactive 3D environments using Unreal Engine.

- Build Digital Twins for real estate projects, including masterplans, units, and amenities.

- Work with 3D assets (models, textures, lighting, materials) to ensure high-quality visuals.

- Collaborate with designers, architects, and Unity/AR/VR developers to integrate content into touch tables, VR pods, and AR apps.

- Implement interactive features like unit selection, walkthroughs, and real-time configuration.

- Optimize performance for different hardware setups (touchscreens, VR headsets, tablets).

- Stay updated on Unreal Engine features and best practices for AR/VR/XR experiences.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 34 years of professional experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).

- Strong knowledge of Blueprints and/or C++ scripting.

- Experience with real-time rendering, lighting, materials, and shaders.

- Ability to import and optimize 3D assets (from 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar).

- Experience in creating interactive walkthroughs or digital twins.

- Familiarity with VR/AR (Meta Quest, HTC Vive, etc.) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
