Job Description :

The role demands advanced coding expertise, hands-on framework experience, and the ability to design scalable, production ready AI solutions. We are looking to hire two experienced Engineers with a strong background in Generative AI and modern AI application development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Generative AI systems using Python, LangChain/LangGraph, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

- Implement scalable pipelines with focus on concurrency, asynchronous programming, and system performance.

- Ensure code quality through type annotations, linting, clean coding practices, and thorough testing with Pytest.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

- Maintain version control and workflow management using Git.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in software engineering, including 3-5 years in AI projects.

- Advanced Python proficiency with strong knowledge of concurrency and async programming.

- Proven expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, deployment).

- 1 -2 years of hands-on LangChain / LangGraph experience.

- Practical knowledge of Embeddings and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Strong focus on testing (Pytest), code quality, and collaborative development using Git.
