Requirements :

Must understand F&O segment

- Product manager with at least 5+ years experience.

- Should be from the securities/ trading domain and should have in depth understanding.

- Should be able to plan and create roadmaps using agile methodology.

- Should have worked on sprint model.

- Should have managed various digital platforms including Mobile apps as the platform.

- Should be able to create user stories, functional documentation, project plans, estimations and deliver the products as per the agreed timelines.

- Should be able to drive a team and get the things deliver.

- Working knowledge of jira tool will be preferred.

- Lead product strategy and execution for retention and lending initiatives to drive customer lifetime value.

- Use data insights, experimentation, and user behavior analysis to reduce churn and increase engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable lending features aligned with compliance and risk frameworks.

- Proven success in fintech or high-growth product environments, delivering measurable business impact.

- 5- 8 years of product management experience in a product-first startup or fintech.

- Strong understanding of F&O trading mechanics and retail investor needs.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
