We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to own and build high-performance mobile applications that power our consumer and partner experiences.

Role : Senior React Native Developer

Location : Gurgaon/Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience : 3-8 years (product / mobile app development)

What you'll do :

- Build, enhance and maintain React Native mobile applications for Android and iOS.

- Work closely with product, design and backend teams to translate business requirements into scalable, user-

friendly features.

- Implement smooth animations, transitions and micro-interactions to deliver delightful UX.

- Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness, memory usage and battery consumption.

- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, analytics (e.g. Firebase), push notifications and third-party SDKs.

- Own the end-to-end app release cycle - build, signing, testing and deployment on Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

- Write clean, modular, testable code and conduct code reviews for the team.

- Debug production issues, identify root causes and roll out reliable fixes.

- Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, documentation and reusable components.

Must-have skills & experience :

- 3-8 years of overall experience in mobile / front-end development, with at least 2+ years in React Native.

Strong hands-on experience with :

- React Native, JavaScript and/or TypeScript

- State management libraries like Redux / MobX / Zustand

- React Navigation / deep linking

- Consuming RESTful APIs / JSON

- Experience in building pixel-perfect UI and implementing complex mobile animations.

- Experience in publishing and managing apps on the Play Store and App Store.

- Good understanding of Android and iOS ecosystem, app lifecycle, permissions and app store guidelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging skills and comfort with tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and crash/error monitoring.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Good to have :

- Exposure to native modules (Java/Kotlin for Android, Objective-C/Swift for iOS).

- Experience with writing unit tests / integration tests (e.g. Jest, Detox).

- Prior experience in consumer internet, marketplaces, fintech or auto domain.

- Understanding of analytics, experimentation (A/B testing) and performance profiling for mobile apps.

- Problem-solving excites you more than just "finishing tickets".

- You take ownership end-to-end - from idea to production rollout and monitoring.

- You enjoy learning by experimentation, picking the right tools and patterns for the job.

- You have high drive, are hands-on, and want to work closely with product & business teams to create real impact.
