About the Role :

Unico Connect is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead end-to-end design strategy, deliver world-class digital experiences, and mentor the design team.

You will shape the UX vision for multiple products and ensure every design decision aligns with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design direction, UX strategy, and creative problem-solving across multiple digital products.

- Own the complete design lifecycle - from research, journey mapping, and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity UI delivery.

- Conduct user research and usability tests to uncover insights and translate them into design improvements.

- Oversee and review the work of junior designers to ensure consistency, quality, and best practices.

- Deliver innovative, user-centric concepts that push creativity and elevate the product experience.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

- Maintain scalable design systems and enforce accessibility and brand guidelines across product lines.

Requirements :

- 5 - 7+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web & mobile products.

- Strong, case-study-driven portfolio showcasing research thinking and polished UI.

- Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

- Strong visual design fundamentals, interaction design knowledge, and user-centered thinking.

- Ability to present concepts, lead design discussions, and mentor team members effectively.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills :

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS/React).

- Experience with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Proto.io, Principle).

- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design guidelines.
