Role : Senior DevOps Engineer Skills & Requirements

Primary Skills :

Key Skills & Experience Required :

- 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and Terraform

- Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with preference for GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines

- Proven ability to deploy, operate, and support large-scale, production-grade Kubernetes applications

- Solid understanding of cloud and application security, including :

1. Authentication & Authorization

2. Encryption (at rest and in transit)

3. Policy management and compliance

- Strong networking fundamentals, including VNETs, subnets, routing, load balancing, DNS, and firewall concepts

- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, shell scripting)

- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, preferably using the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir)

- Experience with application and infrastructure migrations, including on-prem to cloud and cloud-to-cloud scenarios

- Ability to collaborate across development, security, and operations teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance

- Good-to-have: Working knowledge of Windows Server administration
