Description :

We are seeking a Senior Relex Functional Consultant with strong experience implementing Relex solutions across both Master Data Management (MDM) and Replenishment domains.

This is a hands-on functional role responsible for leading requirement workshops, designing end-to-end solutions, configuring Relex modules, validating data/integration flows, supporting testing cycles, and driving successful go-live and hypercare.

This role requires expertise in both master data structures and replenishment planning processes within Relex.

Key Responsibilities :

Relex Functional Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end implementation activities across Relex MDM and Replenishment modules.

- Conduct workshops with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into configuration and functional design.

- Own the functional solution design, ensuring alignment with business processes and Relex best practices.

Configuration & Solution Design :

- Configure master data structures, hierarchies, attributes, rules, and data governance in Relex.

- Configure replenishment logic including order rules, safety stock, lead times, service-level targets, forecasts, and inventory parameters.

- Design data flows, functional specifications, and integration mappings.

- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles.

- Validate MDM and replenishment outputs, including forecasts, order proposals, inventory calculations, and data integrity.

- Document issues, drive resolutions, and coordinate with technical, integration, and vendor teams.

Deployment & Hypercare :

- Support cutover planning, data loads, and production readiness.

- Provide go-live and hypercare support to ensure system stability and adoption.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization post-implementation.

Required Skills & Experience :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 3 or more years of experience in QA testing.

- Expert-level experience with RELEX, including configuration, forecasting, and replenishment workflows.

- Strong background supporting OMS and supply chain processes.

Technical Skills :

- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.

- Experience with test automation tools for API and UI testing, including Postman.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into effective test strategies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience testing RELEX replenishment and order processes.

- Experience with Symphony Gold or similar supply chain or B2B platforms.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Working knowledge of Agile delivery and modern QA best practices.
