Key Responsibilities :
- Architectural Leadership : Lead the architecture, design, and technical roadmap for core supply chain systems, with a specific focus on Inventory Planning and Replenishment (IP&R).
- Cloud Migration & Strategy : Drive significant cloud migration efforts for existing and new supply chain platforms, ensuring seamless transition and optimal cloud native utilization.
- System Design & Development : Design and oversee the development of highly scalable, reliable, and performant supply chain solutions using modern technologies.
- Technical Ownership : Take overall technical ownership of the IP&R domain, making critical architectural decisions and guiding the engineering teams.
- Data Strategy : Define and implement robust data strategies for large-scale data sets, particularly within Google BigQuery and other RDBMS, to support complex inventory and planning analytics.
- Technical Guidance & Mentorship : Provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product management, data science, operations, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive strategic initiatives.
- CI/CD Implementation : Champion and enforce CI/CD best practices to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 10+ years of proven experience in software architecture, design, and development, specifically within Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) or broader supply chain domains.
- Extensive experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure), including designing and implementing cloud-native architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python for developing scalable backend services, data pipelines, and automation.
- 10+ years of experience working with large-scale RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) and/or Google BigQuery.
- Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and data warehousing concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineeringor a related field
