UNCIA - Technology Lead/Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise platforms.

- Architect and oversee the delivery of microservice-based, cloud-native banking solutions.

- Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure system performance, security, and reliability.

- Promote and enforce best practices in software design, coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processes and technology adoption.

- Manage technical risks and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of product features.

What Were Looking For :

- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.

- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, Angular, and developing microservices-based architectures.

- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade banking or fintech solutions.

- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS and modern DevOps practices.

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automated testing.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive technical excellence.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements in the banking industry.

- Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API gateways
