About the Role :

Airlearn is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability. The role involves designing scalable AWS infrastructure, streamlining deployments with CI/CD, managing containerized workloads, and enabling observability across systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and high availability of applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage AWS services (VPC, RDS, EC2, Elasticache, Route53, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Redshift, OpenSearch, ELK, etc.)

- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, Packer, Ansible, and Helm

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools to streamline application delivery EKS.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/

- Implement and manage observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, and Open Telemetry.

- Develop scripts and tools in Python, Go, Bash (or similar) to improve efficiency and reliability

.- Configure, optimize, and maintain middleware technologies like Redis, Kafka, andELK.

- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues across distributed environments, ensuring high availability and scalability.

- Partner with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration and system troubleshooting

- Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (networking, storage, compute).

- Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, Helm, Pa.- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetescker)

- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, Rust (or similar)

- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).

- In-depth knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, Open Telemetry).

- Familiarity with middleware and streaming platforms (Redis, Kafka,ELK)

- 2-4 years of professional experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or Software Development in distributed or large-scale environments.
