About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and creative WordPress Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for both backend and frontend development, including creating custom themes and plugins, site integration, performance optimization, and maintaining security standards.

As a core member of the team, your contributions will directly influence product efficiency, user experience, and client satisfaction.

1. Assessment Round :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and manage custom WordPress themes and plugins.

- Ensure website security, responsiveness, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content teams, and other stakeholders to execute projects effectively.

- Implement and maintain SEO best practices for improved search engine performance.

- Debug and troubleshoot website issues using tools like Chrome DevTools and Microsoft Clarity.

Technical Requirements :

Programming Knowledge :

- PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL

- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and REST API integration

- Familiarity with caching mechanisms and performance optimization techniques

- Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Tools & Technologies :

- Visual Studio Code

- XAMPP (or similar local dev environment)

- GitHub for version control

- Chrome DevTools, Microsoft Clarity
