Hiring : UKG Solution Architect

Level : Mid to Senior

Mandatory : Strong hands-on UKG implementation experience

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced UKG Solution Architect to lead end-to-end UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) implementations. The role involves solution design, architecture decisions, and guiding functional & technical teams across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end UKG implementations (design, build, test, deploy)

- Define solution architecture for UKG modules (WFM, Dimensions, Pro, Ready, etc.)

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG solutions

- Act as the technical & functional SME for UKG

- Guide and mentor consultants and implementation teams

- Ensure best practices, data security, and compliance standards

- Handle integrations with payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems

- Client stakeholder management and solution presentations

Mandatory Skills :

- 12-15 years of overall IT / HCM experience

- 5+ years of hands-on UKG implementation experience (mandatory)

- Strong experience in UKG WFM / UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro

- End-to-end implementation exposure (multiple projects preferred)

- Excellent functional, technical, and solution design skills

- Strong communication and client-facing experience

Good to Have :

- Experience working with global clients

- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and reporting

- Prior Solution Architect / Lead role experience

- Exposure to payroll and compliance processes
