Mindview IT Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementations and possess strong functional knowledge across Workforce Management modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementation projects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements.

- Configure UKG Pro WFM modules based on customer requirements.

- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, testing, and UAT support.

- Prepare functional design documents and project documentation.

- Support production deployments and hypercare activities.

- Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders.

- Provide functional guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and related WFM modules.

- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and within project teams.

Qualifications :

- Any Degree.

- UKG Certifications are preferred.
