Job Description - HR Business Analyst (UKG Pro WFM)

Role : UKG Pro WFM Business Analyst

Work Mode : Remote

Context & Purpose :

This temporary role will support the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) project, focusing on Reporting and Data Analytics in collaboration with IT counterparts. As part of the global Product Team, the Business Analyst will ensure maximum business value is derived from UKG Pro WFM, Snowflake, and Power BI reporting capabilities. The role reports to the Global Product Owner - Time & Attendance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather requirements for existing database reports and map them to the new reporting landscape (UKG Pro WFM, Power BI, Snowflake).

- Assist with implementation, configuration, and testing of UKG Pro WFM and reporting tools.

- Document report libraries, requirements, and process flow diagrams.

- Perform data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Recommend process improvements for reporting within UKG Pro WFM, Snowflake, and Power BI.

- Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure alignment on reporting and system configuration.

- Support requirement gathering for configuration of the new Time & Attendance system (UKG Pro WFM).

Experience Required :

- Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance processes and systems, ideally UKG Pro WFM.

- Hands-on experience in Agile Project Management.

- Exposure to cross-country, regional, and cultural transformation programs.

- Proficiency in project tools : Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, MS Project.

- Preferred certifications : UKG Pro WFM and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
