We are looking for an experienced UKG Integration Consultant responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between UKG (UltiPro/Pro/Dimensions/Ready) and external systems.

The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable workforce management and HR integrations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in UKG Integration development (UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / UKG Ready).

- Strong experience with UKG API frameworks, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and data exchange formats (XML, JSON, CSV).

- Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration middleware.

- Experience in HCM/Payroll/Time & Attendance integration scenarios.

- Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and troubleshooting integration errors.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement integrations between UKG and third-party systems (HR, Payroll, ERP, Time & Attendance, Benefits, etc.

- Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using UKG APIs, Dell Boomi, REST/SOAP, and SFTP connections.

- Configure and manage data interfaces, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and security of employee and payroll data.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support migration, testing, and validation activities for integrations during system upgrades or new deployments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Maintain integration documentation, technical design specs, and mapping documents.

- Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal IT and HR teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM integrations.

- Familiarity with UKG Workforce Central or UKG WFM.

- Knowledge of SFTP, encryption, and secure data transfer protocols.
