Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in UiPath, process automation, workflow optimization, and integration with enterprise applications to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Develop reusable RPA components and frameworks following best practices.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.

- Create Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical documentation.

- Integrate UiPath solutions with ERP, CRM, web applications, databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems.

- Perform bot monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.

- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Participate in code reviews and implement RPA development standards and governance.

- Support deployment and maintenance activities through UiPath Orchestrator.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in RPA development with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.

- Experience in developing attended and unattended automation solutions.

- Strong knowledge of workflow design, exception handling, and debugging techniques.
