Job Description :

- Managed UiPath Orchestrator, including queue configurations, credentials, password vaults, and overall security best practices.

- Handled UiPath license management, including allocations, renewals, and compliance tracking.

- Managed VM allocations and schedules for bot execution across distributed environments.

- Administered Windows servers with expertise in vulnerability patching and remote troubleshooting.

- Coordinated with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors for issue resolution and deployment activities.

- Conducted basic network troubleshooting to support bot connectivity and orchestration stability.

- Operated and maintained AWS-based virtual machines supporting automation infrastructure.

- Familiar with SOX compliance standards and SSL certificate lifecycle management.

- Performed miscellaneous bot administration tasks : restarts, logging, and troubleshooting failures.

- Experience in application troubleshooting (install/uninstall), SQL Server maintenance, and Power Automate administration.

- Supported 3rd party integrations with UiPath, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy and monitor UiPath Bots in Production environments.

- Administer licenses : allocations, renewals, and monitoring.

- Oversee VM allocations and bot schedule management.

- Windows Server administration and vulnerability management.

- Troubleshoot remote Windows environments and applications.

- Basic network diagnostics and issue resolution.

- Manage AWS VMs and associated RPA infrastructure.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Must Have :

- UiPath RPA Admin Certified.

- Experience with Windows Server and remote admin tools.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Familiarity with SQL Server, Power Automate, and network basics.

Good to Have :

- Understanding of SOX compliance and SSL renewals.

- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SharePoint integrations.

- UiPath Certified Professional (UCP).

Certifications & Skills :

- 9+ Years in IT Industry.

- AWS Certified Practitioner/Architect (Preferred).

- Strong communication skills and experience in 24x5 shift environments.
