Shift : Mid Shift(1pm to 10pm)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will independently manage full automation projects, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment. Key skills include proficiency in UiPath's Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework, Computer Vision, and a strong grasp of logical conditions and business rules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of UiPath automation projects, ensuring high quality solutions are delivered on time.

- Independently manage all stages of automation development : requirement gathering, workflow design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Create and maintain project documentation such as PDDs, SDDs, and deployment guides.

- Develop robust and reusable automation workflows using the UiPath RE Framework.

- Implement intelligent automation using UiPath's Computer Vision activities-POC-level experience will not be considered.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions for enhanced performance, reliability, and accuracy.

- Apply UiPath best practices and development standards to ensure scalable and maintainable automation.

- Maintain clear records of developed solutions, logic implemented, and troubleshooting steps.

- Apply logical thinking and decision-making capabilities to build complex workflows with conditional rules.

- Demonstrate a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development, including Computer Vision use cases.

- Possess deep understanding and hands-on experience with UiPath's RE Framework.

- Showcase strong working knowledge of UiPath Computer Vision technologies used in live projects.

- Exhibit the ability to work independently and deliver complete automation projects end-to end.

- Have excellent documentation skills to record the technical approach and outcomes of past automation initiatives.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
