About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on UiPath RPA Developer with strong experience in RPA, Agentic Automation, Document Understanding, and AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate should have delivered complex automations in production and be comfortable working across development, testing, deployment, integrations, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop complex, multi-step RPA workflows and production bots using UiPath Studio.

- Build reusable workflows, components, frameworks, and automation solutions.

- Configure and manage processes in UiPath Orchestrator, including queues and scheduling.

- Build and maintain Document Understanding pipelines covering taxonomy, OCR/ML extraction, classification, validation, and accuracy improvement.

- Develop Agentic Automation solutions using UiPath Agent Builder / Maestro or equivalent end-to-end agentic POCs.

- Integrate LLMs into automation workflows for extraction, summarization, classification, and decision support.

- Design human-in-the-loop workflows involving AI agents and robots.

- Integrate automations with REST/SOAP APIs and SQL databases.

- Develop automations across Excel, PDF, Email, Web, Desktop, and SAP.

- Conduct unit testing and support UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Follow RPA best practices, exception handling, code reviews, and technical documentation standards.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects and internal teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 3+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development experience, including complex, multi-step production automations.

- End-to-end experience across design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Hands-on experience with Document Understanding, including taxonomy design, OCR/ML extraction, classification, validation stations, and accuracy improvement.

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI on the UiPath platform through Agent Builder / Maestro, or an end-to-end agentic POC that has been demonstrated or deployed.

- Working knowledge of LLM integration, prompt design, and basic RAG patterns.

- Strong command of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, AI Center, and Action Center.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integration and SQL/database connectivity.

- Experience with Excel, PDF, Email, Web, Desktop, and SAP automation.

- Experience conducting unit testing and supporting UAT.

- Understanding of the automation development lifecycle, technical documentation, and code reviews.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
