UIM Cartridge Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize UIM Cartridges to meet business and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UIM with other Oracle Communications products.

- Support and enhance UIM solutions through configuration changes, code updates, and performance tuning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including CRs (Change Requests), incidents, and fallouts.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to UIM cartridge development and application support.

- Ensure alignment with development best practices and architectural guidelines.

- Participate in system integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in UIM Cartridge development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Communications UIM including Cartridge creation, customization, and deployment.

- Proficiency in Java, XML, and XQuery.

- Good understanding of WebLogic Server for UIM deployment and configuration.

- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database technologies.

- Familiarity with Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management) is a strong plus.

- Experience in application support and production issue resolution, including handling Change Requests, incident tickets, and fallout analysis.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Telecom domain experience.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
